Breach of Promise by James Scott Bell. I knew this guy and liked him and downloaded the sample and this story won me over with this line:

When we told her, her blue eyes go huge and she said, "My heart is beautiful!"

I still can't think of a better way to express happiness than that.

I've got a hefty list going of books I want now. (I went on a sample-downloading spree.) But this line is the best.

Okay. The one from A God of Hate is also amazing, but it's longer, and I don't feel like typing it. :grins:
