When my world goes to pieces, I tend to read fanfiction. My own. Seriously. I do need to finish some of this stuff.

Are you ok? And I do agree that reading - esp one's own stuff - can be a great balm.

I will be. My great-uncle died suddenly over this last weekend. The funeral is on Monday.

Yes, no, and yes. I didn't know how to relate to him a lot of times, but I loved him and we always saw each other on special occasions.
