But only with those that are so awesome, I can afford to be. And I'm a geek. And obsessive. And talkative. I mean, really do I ever shut up?

I sent along some questions in my review (SOP if as a reader, I have them) and one about a statment in a profile via PM and got back a long reply about how much I'd stepped on this poor person's toes.

Never meant to. Love this writer. Love their geekiness. Had thought I found a kindred spirit when I bumped across their LJ ages ago. I love to go all lingophile whenever I get the chance, you know? Us geeks ought to stick together and all that.

Hopefully, they'll like me okay after they read that I didn't mean to be a bother. I hope.



In short, really, really bummed.

It's always hard when you inadvertently offend someone. I think questions are good to ask, and though admittedly, I have a hard time taking criticism, if it's a good question that points out a flaw in my logic/plot, I do need to know about it, even if I might not like it.

Or maybe I can explain it.

No. YOu're totally awesome. You're nicer than I suspect you will be on some of my more dicey fics. If I hadn't set this whole new original fic comes first goal, you'd have already received more back. You are awesome,and I love you. :grins:
