On my personal renaissance of teaness! You will receive a PDF copy of this in your email at the end of the fishbowl. Snippet:

But when I wanted that home-brewed blend, my options were slim: use one a tea ball infuser or spoon or brew an entire pot and strain it. I never could find an infuser with small enough holes and the entire teapot was often too much work. When I began to experiment with creating spice tea blends, I discovered a new problem: spice turns to paste and gunks up the strainer, thus losing your tea. Frustrated, tired of expending so much effort on getting my daily cup, and wanting something simpler, imagine my surprise when I saw the MiniMinit One-Cup Filters at my favorite grocery store. Suitable for coffee, they would doubtless be able to handle my spice tea recipes. I purchased them.

MiniMinit One-Cup Filters have changed the way I do tea.
