Up to No Good

1. I got a haircut. I asked the hairdresser to make it like the cut in my icon, but a little longer and without bangs. Love it.

2. Learned that I'm allergic to whatever the hairdresser used to straighten my hair. In the future, will take along my own product or ask her to pick another one and go lighter.

3. Took a break yesterday from writing.

4. Will try and update my little pieces floating everywhere today.

1.Too scared to get haircuts! My sister trims mine and doesn't like that I don't let her do anything "fun".

On the right hand side is my dear friend, Kayla Olson. She has hair remarkably similar to mine, despite the fact that hers is red and mine is a startling mix of every ethinicity under the sun except for Asian. My hair curls when wet and combs straight when dry. It has marvellous hold. Whatever unholy mess I make of it when its wet is entirely unfixable when it's dry.

Thus, hairdresser. And this new handy straightener that my aunt bought that isn't supposed to burn your hair. We're going to give it a go tomorrow before we rewash and lose all the lovely straighten they did for my haircut.

1. I was too scared to get a haircut for too long and finally realized that I was sabotaging myself. So I figured out what I wanted in my hair (not what I had) and am now taking steps to get there. Like note to self: go back to hairdresser in a couple weeks and tell her to take off that extra three inches she decided to go ahead and leave on. My hair is heavy. I want it gone.

2. Tell me about it.

3. :snickers: Mine was similar. My grandmother called me upstairs and gave me a tasklist a mile long.
