Thank you for writing me awesome ladies being awesome! I adore the Marvel ladies and I always want to know more about them and read more fic. I admit to having my favorites though and heads up, I haven't actually seen the Captain America movies, just a few clips and a lot of reading for Winter Soldier but not the original one. I don't really know Sharon Carter except from fic.
That said.
General Squicks: embarrassment, body-related humor, femslash, gore, graphic violence (I'm very squeamish), gratuitous on-screen, uncensored profanity.
General Do Not Write for Me at All: deathfic, tragedy, suicidal ideation, torture, betrayal/infidelity.

No femslash please, but please, all the super competent women and friendship and working together and saving each other or individual character study and could Bobbi please also be a scientist/field agent not just field agent?
Ahem. Less rambling, more helpful.
I love these women, every single one of them, and I have a huge thing for Natasha's mindscape and what she came through, how she thinks, etc. I love fic that explores mental triggers, programming/deprogramming, socialization, friendships, and balancing the identity of the Black Widow vs. Natasha Romanoff. I like her paired or partnered with Clint equally (deep platonic relationships are awesome) or Bucky, but not Steve at all. I like her as asexual but not aromantic if you go that direction.
Bobbi Morse... I have so many feels. I kept waiting for her to show up and I adore her now that she has. She is awesome. Can she please be awesome field agent AND scientist? I'd love to see Jemma's and her work collide pre-HYDRA reveal. I want backstory. I want relationships. I want friendship with Melinda and Mack and Natasha and Maria. I like her with Hunter okay, but I'd really love to see her with Clint, backstory or otherwise, canon-compliant or plain AU. No cheating please. I'd love to see her and Strike Team Delta work together.
Maria Hill and Melinda May, I'm tempted to just say give me anything. I haven't seen pre-HYDRA reveal Agents of SHIELD, so please bear that in mind, but really I just love their competence and strength to do what needs to be done and go on regardless. More of that please? I'd love to see how they interact with their friends/coworkers in the other women, the mentorship aspect, like how Melinda takes being Skye's SO so seriously, the dynamics of being as young as Maria and skyrocketing so high, etc. Or just plain character study, you know. I ship either with Coulson or Maria with Bucky or Clint. (He's apparently my personal shipper bicycle.)
Speaking of deep platonic relationships, can we have Jemma and Fitz in deep platonic love? I adore the ship, but I want so much more exploring that platonic soulmateness that seemed to show up to me in season 2. And when she left in the first place and his creating her as an expression of his subconscious? That is just ripe for exploration. She is a strong amazing character, and I want to see so much more. Her fangirling over Black Widow or Mockingbird would also be fun.
Agent Carter (TV)

I just watched the first two episodes of this show and wow. I'm bowled over and in love and have a ton of feels regarding it. How do I love it? Let me count the ways. Peggy is so incredibly competent and good at espionage. I love how she takes control, she's unafraid, even when she knows she's going up against hostile other agents, and the way she took out that guy in her apartment was amazing. I love how smart she is, how caring, how she hurts and it doesn't make her weak, and I love how she lets people go on underestimating her instead of worrying about what her coworkers think.
Colleen appeared for all of two scenes, but I want more. She was funny and sweet and trying so hard to help Peggy move on healthily after Steve and I wanted more of these two and their banter and roommateyness and the way Peggy neatly covers up her real work with her. They were so delightful and you could tell they really cared about each other.
Then Angie, who was almost heartbroken when "English" wouldn't move into her apartment building. I love Angie. I love how they talk to each other, how they care about each other, and I'd love to see more about how they met or missing scenes or futurefic when they're down the hall from each other. I'd love to see Angie looking for that apartment ad for Peggy and the two of them being good friends.
Miriam Fry was adorable because of her whole stiff personality, but I think she really cares for the women in her building. Particularly though, I'd love to see outside POV of Peggy through her eyes. Please?
I'm definitely not shipping Peggy with Jarvis (he's adorably married) or even Sousa (she's clearly still in love with Steve and please respect that?) and would rather not see femslash. I love seeing her be awesome and competent as who she is as this strong woman taking the lead on her own work and life. And please avoid graphic violence.
Thor (movies)

I want Jane and Darcy fic. Seriously. Their relationship, the way Darcy herds her one very precious cat, friendship fic that takes into account how they annoy each other and how they make up for that (that scene where Jane blows Darcy off just begs for reconciliation to me), that takes into account what it's like to have two very strong women sharing space and secrets and radically different personalities. I want epic sisterhood, en brief.
Alternatively, look at Asgard. The way that Jane figures out the quantum physics of that ball totally intrigued me and what it's like negotiating between Midgard and Asgard when your boyfriend's an alien prince. I'd love to see Darcy playing diplomat and Jane playing science and either one of them or both commencing epic friendship with Sif and how these worlds jibe.
