Thoughts on a Docket

I've been using the Trello board and it's working, so I'm seriously considering retiring my docket here on LJ even though it worked nicely while it lasted.

Mine was a convenient little list with strikeouts for a while, then geckoholic made a pretty one with summaries and I tried that, but then I promptly found Trello.

OK, thanks -- being a lawyer I actually know what a docket is. I just didn't know what that meant in an LJ context.

Docket definition on the comment above. Trello, on the other hand, is basically an online to-do list/card-based kanban structure where you can add cards to lists, comment on the cards, paste pictures on the cards, attach files or links, add due dates, tag, and edit the mess out of them at any given moment.

Ohhhh I feel like I've heard of Trello but what is it exactly? I need writing organization!

It is a wonderful card-based organization system for to-dos, information, links, etc. It's a hub for as many or as few people as you want, and we started using it at work.

Ohhhhh, might try this out! I just downloaded a "Todo" app on my Mac, because I'm trying to really get better about organization in all parts of my life...including fic lol.
