Thoughts on Stories, the Internet, and Other Randomosities

So I promised I'd have something to show for my crazy, prolonged absence. And I do!

Behold! Original fiction.
Behold! The project that has commandeered my sister's life, and thus, mine.

Additionally, we've done some FF.net updates on:

And I've scribbled down bits of next chapters in:

And what's with this? femgenficathon Am I nuts? Did I hit myself on the head?

I have:

• 19 ongoing fics to update


• over 700 emails to deal with


• almost 200 LJ messages/alerts


• almost a dozen reviews to reply to


• almost a dozen original fics and drabbles to publish


• about 40 original stories to get on Scribd


• a movie project to promote (speaking of, donations welcome and spreading the word better)


• lots of financial finagling (note to self: call the bank)


• and a transcription course to finish

It is official, boys and girls (do any boys read this?). The scribbler is nuts to add even one more thing, let alone femgenficathon to the list. :headdesk:


FURTHER EVIDENCE OF MY INSANITY

I want to consolidate. I have FF.net with the best reader response, AO3 with the most awesome growing list of features, my LJ with a growing delightful group of friends to hang with, my LJ community to make posting my stories here easier, and my own personal website which I could never bear to give up because I can make it pretty.

Merging is...hard. But I want to decrease my platforms and not lose my pretty reviews and make everything prettier and easier for everyone else.

Any preferred place to read your stories: FF, AO3, LJ, personal websites? Also thinking about PDF-izing all my stuff for ultimate prettification and only posting on FF.net. :still thinking:

Thanks for the refreshments and luck! I accept. (Note to self: declare partial internet bankruptcy.) I've linked LJ to FF before, and that didn't do too much, but I'm thinking about AO3 and particularly, my personal website.
