I've finally had a tiny bit of breakthrough, wrangling with my muse to get her interested in Fight and Shadow again. So I've written stuff for upcoming chapters in (drum roll please):

Old New England Saw
Carnal
Broken Time
Fight and Shadow
The Way of the Rogue
Ember
In Love and War
All's Fair
Dances
Going Omega
Son o' de Guild
Without a Trace

to the tune of probably going on almost 10,000 words. So why haven't I posted more? BECAUSE THE MUSE KEEPS SKIPPING OUT TO THE NEXT FIC! And I have RESEARCH to do, for Fight and Shadow, Old New England Saw, Ember, In Love and War/All's Fair, Going Omega, and Without a Trace. Needless to say, I'm not that interested in doing that much research, so my brain keeps moving toward easier territory. Ugh.

Just let it rest up for between three months to a year (or two) and it should come back knocking on your door again. (if it's anything like mine...)
