From
xenokattz and
mwffj. I did both before I'd post it myself, naughty me.
Give me a pairing and I will tell you:
1. What they most commonly do during sex.
2. Who has prettier hair.
3. What they argue about most often.
4. Who'd cope best if the other one died.
5. The happiest plausible happily-ever-after I can think of for them.

Date: 2011-07-20 04:21 pm (UTC)There's a whole lot of telepathic resonance going on. Emma thinks Scott's a little spoiled that he always wants to know what she's feeling too, but he points out (rightly) that she knows what he's feeling so it's only fair. She likes to go kinky; he suggest tamer play.
2. Who has prettier hair.
Emma. But Scott will never admit it.
3. What they argue about most often.
What to do. Emma and Scott are both used to being in charge, but their ideas of right and wrong frequently collide. Neither of them likes to back down, but thankfully, they're both pretty good at striking compromises they can live with, whether or not they like them.
4. Who'd cope best if the other one died.
Toss up. Emma's good at compartmentalizing. Scott's gotten a little resigned to being the one left behind with Jean constantly ending up in the grave.
5. The happiest plausible happily-ever-after I can think of for them.
They raise a kid or two together, run the Institute until mutantkind and humankind are happily coexisting, and finally retire to the Bahamas at Emma's demand.
This is an easy one

Date: 2011-07-24 01:45 am (UTC)3) I think this is what I enjoy the most about the Scott/Emma dynamic. They seem to be leaders first & in a relationship second (albeit a veryveryveryveryveryveryveryveryvery close second). They're like a political power couple.

Rogue is still pretty addicted to touch, so lots of long, slow foreplay: it's more about connection than titillation. They've started playing around more and experimenting ever since she gained control just 'cause they got used to kinking it up while the Cure was down and out.
2. Who has prettier hair.
Remy swears its Rogue with how long and silky it is (and he's obsessed with those white stripes). Rogue swears Remy's is prettier 'cause it's softer and more manageable and she hates how easy it is for him to look awesome when he's just rolled out of bed. (Hypocritically. She enjoys the view.)
3. What they argue about most often.
Who's worthy of who. They both seem to think the other could do better.
4. Who'd cope best if the other one died.
Wow. Remy would be absolutely devastated, but he'd keep functioning for the sake of the kids. Eventually, he might get a little life in him, but not much. Rogue would probably eventually recover. She's more invested in her additional family and is used to having the X-Men and her kids for comfort and support. Remy's exile was so long, he got used to relying on himself.
5. The happiest plausible happily-ever-after I can think of for them.
They raise their three kids, maybe have a few more. They split their time between the X-brigade and his family in New Orleans and let the kids choose whatever kind of lifestyles they want: Thief, average citizen, dream job, or vigilante. They grow old together, laugh, love, and become larger-than-life legacies to the new students that go in and out of the Mansion's doors.
:hugs to ya:
